Refund policy

At Bellylabs, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products include both pregnancy tests and dog supplements, our return guidelines vary slightly depending on the item purchased. Please review the policy carefully before initiating a return.Returns at a Glance
  • Return window: 14 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Exclusions: Opened pregnancy tests, used supplements, final sale items, personalized/custom items, and gift cards are non-returnable
  • Costs: Customer pays return shipping; shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exchanges: Not available – place a new order after returning eligible items
  • Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days for a free return
Order changes 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or combine it with another order. Please be extra careful filling the delivery address- it cannot be modified after the order is paid for.  Please review your order carefully before checkout. 

 

How to cancel your order

You can cancel your order directly from your customer account before it has been fulfilled. Simply log in to your account, find the relevant order, and select "Cancel order." If your order has already been fulfilled, you can request a return instead by selecting "Return items" on the order page. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned items or confirmation that they have been sent back.


Eligibility for returns
  • Pregnancy Test Kits:
    • Due to the nature of the product, opened or used tests cannot be returned.
    • Unopened kits in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Dog Supplements:
    • Supplements must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
    • Opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Final sale or clearance products
    • Personalized/custom items
    • Gift cards
How to start a return
  1. Email our customer support team at hello@belly-labs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees.
Refunds
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final amount.
  • If items are returned used, opened, or not in resalable condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@belly-labs.com within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.Important Notes
  • Refusing delivery, failing to pay customs fees, or not picking up your package does not qualify as a valid return.
  • Bellylabs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
